Yo Ho Ho and a Bottle of...
Had my bimonthly getaway with some longtime pals last Saturday. We got together in the college town of San Marcos for some lunch and shopping. Did we hit one of the state's top tourist attractions, the outlet mall? Noooo.... we found out that the state's largest discount liquor warehouse had just opened up across I-35 from the mall (next to the Goodwill store). As one of our group asked when we entered, "Do we need a cart?"' Again, noooo.... we're just looking.
Two carts later...
...and we're toasting each other with Courvoiser XO.... outside the Goodwill Store, trying to ignore the disturbing aspect of "let them eat cake."
